FAQ
What is Padel Fitness?
Padel Fitness is a one-hour training session away from the points, led by a coach. It focuses on the physical side of the game: the strength, endurance and quick footwork you need to move well on court and keep your level until the end of a match.
Who can join Padel Fitness?
Padel Fitness is reserved for members. No padel level is required, so beginners and experienced players train side by side. It is a great complement for anyone who wants to feel stronger and more confident on court.
What happens during a session?
Every session follows the same structure: a 10-minute warm-up to get the body ready, a 40-minute circuit across six stations, then a 10-minute cool-down. The fixed format means you always know what to expect, whichever coach leads the class.
How many players are in a session?
Sessions welcome up to six players. The small group lets your coach follow everyone closely, correct movements and keep the energy high throughout the hour.
Can I combine Padel Fitness with clinics or programs?
Yes. Padel Fitness works well alongside clinics and private lessons, and one hour of fitness a week is already part of our Performance and Advanced programs. Training your body off the points helps you get more out of every session on court.
